Nicole McAluney

My husband and I are Atlanta transplants by way of Baltimore. We moved shortly before the ’96 Olympics and we have had the profound privilege of watching the Metro Atlanta region evolve into a thriving world-class destination. Although my husband and I have lived all over Metro Atlanta – from the Buckhead highrise life to the suburbs of Cumming – Dunwoody is home to us and our three children.

Passion.

Everyone deserves to live a life they love. I cherish the time I spend with family and friends. I began my real estate career in 2006, drawing on my business degree from Loyola University and my sales and marketing skills from corporate sales at Xerox. Your passion to find the home you love becomes my passion.

Devotion.

Personally and professionally, devotion is one of my core values. That means you’ll find me cheering my kids on from the sidelines, the stands, the track or on the tennis courts, whether it’s 7 a.m. on a Saturday morning, 100 degrees in the middle of July or pouring rain on a cold day in February. For my clients, it means I’m just a text, email or phone call away.

Dedication.

I don’t believe in settling for anything less than the very best – and neither should you. Whether you want to live inside or outside the Perimeter, I am dedicated to sharing with you Metro Atlanta’s diverse, eclectic, cities, areas neighborhoods and subdivisions. From the heart of Atlanta, Midtown to Buckhead, Morningside to Vinings and Sandy Springs to Dunwoody to the North Atlanta cities of Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming, Woodstock and Marietta – the uniqueness is what makes Metro Atlanta a region unlike any other.

Buying.

I will leave no stone unturned and no resource overlooked to find your dream home. I rely on my vast network of fellow agents, friends and clients because your home is your sanctuary. We talk extensively about what’s important to you when it comes to buying a home – and I will do everything I can do make those dreams your reality.

Selling.

Exposure and the right staging techniques are critical to selling your home. I create unique, custom marketing plans that include proven and targeted digital and print strategies to help sell your home in the shortest amount of time for the highest price. I am not just selling a house with walls and appliances and a fresh coat of paint – I want to hear about your favorite memories from your home and what you love about your neighborhood. Selling your home is more emotional than many people ever realize.

The Life I Love.

When I’m not the loudest supporter of my children at their sporting events, I enjoy being involved in other school events and activities at Vanderlyn and Marist, by sponsoring the Vanderdash and Marist auctions. I am an All Saints parishioner, where I serve as a greeter, usher and adoration guardian. Family, friends and real estate make up the life I love. I would be honored to work with you to help you find the life you love.
